The mental imagery of majestic, unshakeable mountains representing not only the Lord’s infinite protection but our firm foundation when we trust in Him has always been so powerful to me.

I love this verse because there can be so many fears in our world and for our children, but it reminds me that God’s Spirit in me isn’t a Spirit of fear – because the Spirit inside me gives His courage, peace and assurance for what’s before us and our children.

Without the vine, the branches will wither away. This picture is so clear on how important it is to be connected with Christ. If we do that, we will live an abundant life, giving glory to Him. The song lyrics “Lord I need you, oh I need you, every hour, I need you” plays on repeat in my head, daily.
